Finding a real estate agent

Hi everyone.

I’m currently looking for an agent and lender for my first house hack and am completely new to real estate investing.

For those with experience, have you found it better to work with an agent who primarily works with investors, or with an agent who mainly helps traditional primary-residence buyers?

I can see pros and cons to both, so I’d love to hear what’s worked (or hasn’t worked) for you.
