I am looking for referrals for an SEC lawyer in Texas who can originate an Open Fund Syndication and partnership agreements. We will be purchasing commercial real estate mortgage-backed loans, starting with a small $10MM raise and then growing it once we have proven the business model to limit risk. Looking for an attorney who will ensure yearly maintenance and compliance of the fund to ensure we are by the book in case of audits. We are located in Dallas.
