Investor for Airbnb startup

Hi I'm looking for someone who can invest in an Airbnb startup. For the purchase of the home and a full flip it will be $100,000. The comps in the area for a full flip on the house would be 180,000. The home is located outside of Hot Springs Arkansas. It also comes with four acres of land and in ground pool.
