My name is Cole from CDPJ Realty, and I’m looking to connect with investors interested in residential real estate opportunities in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area.

I come from a hands-on construction and woodworking background and am currently studying Construction Management. My experience has given me a strong understanding of project coordination, estimating, problem-solving, and the renovation side of real estate.
