I’m currently working with a client seeking financing for a real estate construction project in Colquitt, Texas, along with four additional lots in Texas.

The borrower has a strong track record, including the successful completion of 100+ homes, an excellent 880 credit score, and solid financials/liquidity.

We are looking to connect with direct lenders, private lenders, hard money lenders, banks, or financing brokers interested in construction and land-related opportunities.

Target rate is ideally around 6%, though the borrower may consider up to 8% depending on structure and terms.
