Hey everyone,

I'm Simone, based in Austin, and currently seeking a mentor to learn and grow in real estate. I own and manage a SFH and rent by the room a little outside of the city. There have been great times and pitfalls, but I've grown through every challenge.

I work a full-time government job, but I’m looking to grow in another career field while building my real estate portfolio on the side.

I’m seeking a mentor who is willing to pass on knowledge and help a young investor. In exchange, I can do admin work, handle tenant issues, deal with maintenance, or other essential tasks. I only ask for knowledge and the opportunity to learn and grow in the process.
