Looking to see if there is any investor inrest on purchasing a North Park Airbnb with a development opportunity to add 1000 sqft 2bd2ba garage conversion. Based on comps post ADU build ARV should be 2.1 mil.
The main house is a 4/2 with a large backyard grossing over 116k in 2023, 95k in 2024 and 88k in 2025.
