West Palm Beach Luxury Home Developers/Buyers?
Are there any high end luxury home developers/buyers in West Palm Beach (or Florida) that have a buy box? (ie. 7,000 sq ft lots, corner streets, residential sfh, max acquisition of $X.X M, etc.)?
I would get off-market tear downs under contract (AB) and then assign/sell to developer/builder (BC) - so they meet their buy box and I get a nice commission.
