Hey everyone! My name is Caleb, and I’m currently looking for an opportunity to join a real estate investing team in the Kansas City market as an Acquisitions Specialist.

Real estate investing is the industry I want to build my long-term career in, specifically on the acquisitions side. Over the past several years, I've developed a strong interest in off-market real estate, distressed properties, wholesaling, fix & flips, BRRRR, and seller negotiations, and I'm looking for the opportunity to grow within a team actively acquiring deals.

Professionally, I come from an account management and project leadership background where I managed 100+ active client accounts, coordinated large project pipelines, developed proposals, and worked directly with clients to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities. A large part of my experience has involved communication, follow-up, organization, problem-solving, and managing high volumes of moving parts under pressure.

I’m looking for a long-term opportunity where I can contribute, continue learning acquisitions at a high level, and become a valuable part of a growing investment team. I’m highly motivated, disciplined, coachable, and fully willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in this business.
