Need Private Lender/investment partner
Native Long Islander here who moved away to Austin about 7 years ago and I miss home. I think this will help cure my blues. Growing up on LI, we would rent a beach house at west meadow every summer and we have amazing memories there. I would love to be able to give my daughter the same experience I had, and also share it with my family back home as well. To do this, I have found some properties for sale in the Woodcliff Park community I think would be a great option. I provided a link as a example. It's a seasonal beachfront community open from April to Oct. I would love to own one, use itbfor 2 months out of the year and then rent it out the other 4. The problem is, there all cash sales. I don't have cash 😞😓 I am looking for a private lender or investor who would like to partner up and lend me the cash to purchase one of them and then we can split the rental profits (your favor obviously).
