Hiring: AI Implementation Apprentice / Future Broker Track in LA
Broker-owner in LA hiring an AI Implementation Apprentice with an optional Future Broker Track. Cross-posting here because the BP community has the right operators — and many of you have college-age kids or know someone in your investor circle who fits.
Quick context: Established LA real estate organization with active operations across LA and Jacksonville. Multiple business lines — brokerage, investment property, marketing systems. We're building out an AI operations stack and adding a teammate to help.
Role: 20–30 hrs/week, mostly remote, 1099 contractor. Performance-based comp, no artificial salary cap.
What they'd actually do:
- Set up Claude Projects, custom skills, and workflows for lead intake, deal analysis, content, outreach
- Wire up GoHighLevel CRM automations
- Build small tools (Python / JS / no-code / Cursor / Claude Code)
- Run point on social media content
- Document everything so systems run without hand-holding
The real estate differentiator: I'm a broker-owner. For the right candidate (wants real estate as a long-term career), licensing starts immediately alongside the AI work. By month 18–24 they're earning commissions most agents take 5–7 years to reach. Direct mentorship from a working broker-owner (USC finance + entrepreneurship, 18 years operating).
Profile: Innovative, fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity. Tech chops in at least one of: Python, JS, APIs, no-code, Cursor, Claude Code. Active on social, understands what makes content perform. Sales background and real estate ambition are strong pluses.
Timing: Rates expected to ease over the next 6–12 months. Sidelined buyers come back. The teams with strong systems already built will capture the next cycle.
How to apply (or refer someone):
Email [email protected] with:
1. One thing they've built or shipped that nobody told them to build
2. The platform they're best at + an example
3. Any sales experience and real estate interest
If you know a recent grad, a relative, or a sharp kid in your investor circle — please share. Solid referrers will be credited and remembered.
