I’m opening two retainer consulting slots for the remainder of 2026.
If you’re an active or scaling investor who wants a true “been-there-done-that” partner on speed dial to help get things done— this is for you. I'm not a coach, and I'm not a mentor, I'm a small developer with a unique range of expertise across RE discplines helping other investors grow when and where he need it.
What I bring to the table:

- Deal sourcing & closing support
- Entitlements, rezoning, and land development strategy
- Site planning, design, and property repositioning concepts
- Marketing materials & professional OMs that actually get deals closed
- Construction management & project management oversight (nothing on-site)
- End-to-end development experience from raw land to stabilized asset
I've done the work myself — from sourcing and analyzing deals to building, leasing, and exiting them. Commercial, Commercial Residential, land, lifestyle STR groups, campgrounds/RV properties, are my strongest areas. If you have a bunch of SFRS, or AIrbnb's I'm not your guy, plenty of people out there for that stuff.
I'f your a beginner I can help, but I'm used to working with full time pros, and rates are no different if you're doing your first deal.
This is a dedicated retainer relationship. You get priority access to my time, direct input on your deals, proactive guidance, and someone who can jump in across multiple areas of your business as needed.
Spots are extremely limited because I only work with a small number of committed investors, depending on the projects, openings come available every quarter or two, but often more.
