I'm a Canadian realtor and investor. I arbritrage co-living rental properties with a true net of 2500-3000 a month CDN and I am looking to find a capital investor partner to purchase these properties I am currently arbitraging where I'll stay on as operating partner and manage the asssets. Currently arbitraging 10 co-living properties with 50 doors and a hostel downtown.
