DC MF townhomes non-performing loan sale
My firm is marketing a portfolio of DC MF loans and a $30 PSF FAR development site on Rhode Island on behalf of a local bank. The loans are on townhomes in Columbia Heights, Capitol Hill, Eckington, and Park View. These are non-performing loans and will trade at a significant discount to par. The townhomes are all being converted to two units - all are 5-6 bedrooms and there are in-place voucher rents of $5500 per unit. Some are vacant and could be sold as-is to condo buyers or leased to voucher/market rent tenants. Great chance to buy wholesale and sell the pieces strategically.
