Need GC for two unit make-readies in Cleveland

I would love to get your general contractor recommendations and am glad to help you too however I can. Here's the job spec:

Looking for GC for rental-grade refresh of two units in same west-side building. Both 2bd, 1ba units, ~900 sq ft.

Scope includes:
-LVP floors through both
-Full interior paint
-Bathroom updates (toilets, vanities, fixtures, tub work)
-Kitchen updates (cabinet refurb, countertops, sinks, faucet)
-General repairs and rental-ready finish

Work is standard rental grade quality, not high-end. Walk-through available now; requesting labor estimate and timeline. Materials paid at-cost.

I don't have one for Cleveland but I've had luck with asking in FB groups, ask for referrals from agents and rub elbows at local meetups
