Hello All, I am looking to connect with wholesalers in Upstate NY. My area is the Capitol Region, north to the Adirondacks, west to Syracuse. I don't want to cross state lines into Mass or Vt. Buy box specs are SFR and small multifamily, turnkey, outdated, total gut-job all fine. I can purchase cash but would prefer seller financing or subject to.
