Contractor/Sub Contractor Referrals/Recommendations for Short/Mid Term Property

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to purchase a rental property near North Oak Park / Tahoe Park in Sacramento, ideally targeting UC Davis med students or medical professionals.

I’m trying to build a solid investor-friendly team BEFORE purchasing, specifically:

• General contractors
• Handymen
• Flooring crews
• Painters
• Electricians/plumbers familiar with rental rehabs

I’m NOT looking for ultra high-end remodels,  more clean, durable, cost-effective rental-quality work with good communication and reliability.

If anyone has contractors or subs they've personally used for buy-and-hold rentals or BRRRR projects in Sacramento, I'd really appreciate referrals or DMs.

Also open to recommendations for investor-friendly agents/property managers familiar with North Oak Park, Tahoe Park, and the UC Davis Med Center rental market.
