Looking for DSCR Loan – Mixed-Use Property (5 Units)
I'm seeking lender recommendations for a DSCR loan on a mixed-use property consisting of 5 total units: 1 restaurant space on the ground floor and 4 residential apartment units above.
Property is stabilized with rental income from both the commercial and residential tenants. I'm interested in working with lenders that are comfortable with mixed-use assets and can underwrite primarily based on the property's cash flow rather than personal income.
