Fee simple subdivision
My brother is looking for a Civil Engineering Firm with Subdivision Experience in Santa Clara County (San Jose). Someone/firm with Licensed Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and Civil Engineering and has knowledge about local city rules. He wanted to split a corner lot duplex in to two parcels. Has anyone done that? Appreciate any recommendations. The property is in San Jose (Santa Clara County). Thanks.
