Structural Engineer Needed for 3-Unit Under Contract — Franklin Park, IL

I’m looking for recommendations for a structural engineer in the Franklin Park / Cook County / Chicago suburbs area.
Buyer is under contract on a 3-unit property built in the 1960s, and we want someone to inspect visible foundation cracks before moving forward. We’re looking for an independent structural engineer — not just a foundation repair company trying to sell repairs.
Ideally looking for someone who can provide:
- Foundation/crack inspection
- Written report
- Photos/findings
- Opinion on whether cracks appear cosmetic or structural
- Repair recommendations if needed
- Quick turnaround because we’re within the inspection/attorney review period
