Oklahoma as a business

Being that this is a forum of other like-minded investors, I want to hear your thoughts on this approach, what is missing from this data that would make it maximally useful to you, and if this is something worth sharing.

I'm relatively new here and this is my first time posting. I am moving back home to Oklahoma in August and want to be able to buy my first home to do a house hack. Being away for 7 years and moving back home, I found myself to be kind of in a investor situation. Not just in real estate but in the state of Oklahoma itself.

This got me thinking "Well, as any good investor would do research on the business they are about to invest in, let me do some research in on Oklahoma, as if it was a business. In the last 3 days, I have created the website Oklahoma As A Business.com to visualize Oklahoma in just that lens.

There is no purchase or ask for money on the website at all. It is completely free and only encourages people to make the move of acting (just a little bit) on the information that they see in whatever way they see fit.
