For new investors:

• Up to 90%/100% financing*
• No appraisal required
• No prior experience required (select states)
• 680 minimum FICO

For experienced investors:

• 100% purchase + 100% rehab financed*
• Appraisal required
• 720 minimum FICO

Both programs underwrite to ARV — so the deal itself does most of the heavy lifting.
