Apartment Renovation Contractor Needed

Hello. Chicago Based – South East Side. I am a multi-unit property owner and I am looking for a good contractor to complete a rehab on a two bedroom unit, including kitchen installation. The unit has already been gutted.

I have had mixed experiences with contractors in the past, so if anyone is able to refer someone they’ve worked with and does a good job I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for any suggestions and assistance.
