Seeking Experienced Investors in Georgia
We've expanded our Lending Pool and are looking for Experienced Investors/Rehabbers in Georgia. The criteria are simple:
1. Completed 1 or 2 Flips/Rehabs in the last 12 months.
2. Willing to have "Skin in the Game" on the first deal (Ex. bring funds to the table for the rehab while we cover Acquisition on the 1st deal only. If you've successfully made payments on time and made our Capital Partners whole at the end of Term, moving forward, we'll cover Acquisition and Rehab on subsequent deals)
3. Willing to hop on a Zoom Call. We're about building long-term relationships, and since our focus is Asset-Based Lending, we focus on the deal itself; leave your FICO score at home, no bank statements, no paperwork and all the other red tape; we don't need it.
4. We prefer that you operate in Georgia, but open to other markets.
5. No minimum Amount. One thing that sets us apart from other Lenders is that there's no minimum with us. Even if you're looking for funding for a project under $75k, let's talk about it.
