Wholesaler looking to connect

Hey everyone, my name is Jess

I'm building a wholesaling operation focused on Middle Tennessee Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. SFH, fix and flip, dscr, whatever makes sense for the right buyer. I'm in this for the long haul and building it the right way from the start.

I’ll be honest,  I’m newer to wholesaling but I’m not new to putting my head down and doing the work. I’ve done my research, I understand the numbers, I know Tennessee’s disclosure laws, and I’m not here to waste anybody’s time including my own.

I'm starting to build my buyers list and interested in connecting. Also looking to make other connections and relationships. Happy to JV as well.

Lets connect I'm ready to work.

thanks guys!

Welcome, Jess. It sounds like you've got the right mindset. One thing I'd encourage is focusing as much on building relationships as building your buyers list. Some of my best opportunities have come from other investors, agents, wholesalers, and people I stayed in touch with over the years. Keep taking action, stay consistent, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. That's where the real learning happens. Best of luck to you.
