No appraisal. No experience required. First flip?

The two things that stop most first-time flippers before they even start:

  1. They can't get an appraisal to come in where they need it
  2. They don't have a track record to show a lender

What if neither of those were the barrier?

There are fix & flip programs that skip the appraisal entirely and don't require prior experience — coming in at 90% of purchase price and 100% of rehab costs*. Minimum 680 FICO. Availability varies by state.

No appraisal means faster closings and no deal killed by a low valuation. No experience requirement means your first flip doesn't have to be self-funded.

For those who did their first flip — what was the biggest financing obstacle you ran into? And for those still looking to do their first — what's holding you back right now? Reach out and we'll see how we can help.

*Rates, LTV, and program terms are subject to change and vary based on borrower credit profile, property type, and market conditions. Not all applicants or properties will qualify. This is not a commitment to lend.
