Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a real estate investing mentor who would be willing to help guide me as I continue growing my portfolio. I currently own a condo that I rent out and cash flow on, and I live in a single-family home owned by my girlfriend.

Our goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties while also completing 1–2 house flips per year. I already have a potential rental property in mind for my next investment, but I’d love to connect with someone experienced who can help me evaluate this deal, avoid common mistakes, and provide guidance on future acquisitions and flips.
