We're Palmetto Haven Holdings — a new construction company based in Charlotte, NC that builds spec homes across the Southeast. We're opening up the Knoxville market and planning to build 20-30 homes per year starting soon.

Looking to connect with General Contractors in the Knoxville / Knox County area who:

• Have experience building single-family spec homes or residential new construction
• Are licensed in Tennessee and actively pulling permits
• Ideally speak Spanish (we work with a lot of bilingual crews and it's a big plus for us)
• Are looking for consistent, long-term volume — not one-off projects
