Looking For Wholesale Property
Hey I’m an investor from NYC I’m looking for a property any condition for 5k in the Dayton area. I have a trucking business and is in need of an Ohio address. As of June 15th any companies owner in Ohio has to either have an Ohio drivers license, or have someone within the company with an Ohio drivers license on the corporate papers. I’m planning on moving to Dayton in the next year. So I’m looking to buy a wholesale property and fix it and live short term.
