Looking for distressed properties in Central New Jersey

Hello All,

My business partner and I are looking for distressed properties in Central/Northern New Jersey (preferably in Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Union, Morris, and Essex Counties), and thought we would reach out to the BiggerPockets community. We are specifically looking for distressed, single-family properties that have good bones.

We are all cash buyers, and are looking to spend <$600k purchasing a property. We will only require structural and environmental inspections.
