When Down Payment Stops Being Part of the Deal

Experienced flippers can access financing newer investors never see, 100% of purchase plus 100% of rehab financed*. No down payment capital tied up, more room to move on the next deal.

The tradeoff: appraisal required, 720 minimum FICO, and a real flip track record to qualify.

At this level, capital usually stops being the bottleneck. Deal flow becomes the harder problem.

For those doing 3-5+ flips a year, what's actually slowing you down right now, funding or finding the deals?

*Rates, LTV, and program terms are subject to change and vary based on borrower credit profile, property type, and market conditions. Not all applicants or properties will qualify. This is not a commitment to lend.
