Looking for a Real Estate Broker
Looking for a broker to partner with Property Management – Southern CA
I’m a licensed real estate agent in California, and I'm starting a property management company. I’m looking for a broker who’d be open to partnering up with us.
The basic idea:
We handle the day-to-day, building out systems, getting clients, and growing the business. You’d be the Broker of Record handling oversight/compliance. Broker would be put on salary or a monthly flat fee.
Long-term, the plan would be to transition ownership once I’m able to obtain my broker’s license (I am currently working on it), with a structured buyout built in from the start.
I’m not looking for someone to just lend their license. I actually want to build this the right way with some collaboration, but I’m also very focused on having solid systems and running things efficiently.
A little about me:
– Licensed in CA
– Already involved in business/asset management
– Big on systems, organization, and doing things right from the start
– In it for the long haul, not trying to throw something together quick
Goal is to build something that’s legit and scalable with the right person from the beginning.
