Hello everyone! My name is Cormac McCarthy and I am a loan officer with NEXA Lending. I've heard about BP in passing, but I'm new to the site and proud to say that I am now a featured lender!

I personally focus on DSCR, Fix n Flip, and commercial loans, but I am able to do any type of residential loan from conventional to FHA, VA, or USDA, as well as vacant land and construction loans, hard money and equipment finance, SBA loans, doctor loans, ITIN and Foreign National loans, for pretty much anything under the sun we have lenders that specialize in those products and the know how to get them done.
