Looking to build a team
Hey, I am new to real estate investing and have been looking to purchase my first rental as soon as possible. I want to build a team to help me systemize the process like ( deal sourcing, wholesalers, general contractor, property manager, and lenders). I'm looking for any reliable and helpful recommendations for the Nashville / Middle TN area that you guys actually use or have used previously and had a good experience with. Thank you!
