Capital partner wanted – Ontario Canada
I’m an American contractor with experience in residential renovations and house flipping looking for a capital partner for value-add real estate deals in Ontario, Canada and potentially other markets.
My wife is Canadian and would be on-site full time managing the property. I handle construction, renovations, and project execution.
Looking for a JV / equity structure, not a traditional lender.
What I’m looking for:
- Capital for acquisition and/or rehab
- Equity split or structured return
- Someone comfortable with rural/value-add deals
- Longer-term alignment if needed
What I bring:
- Hands-on renovation and flip experience
- Ability to force appreciation through rehab work
- Execution and project management
- On-site presence through my wife
