Finished Your Rehab? This Refinance Option Is Worth Knowing

Quick one for anyone wrapping up a flip and deciding whether to sell or hold.

If the rental math works better than the sale price, there's a rate and term refinance option at up to 85% LTV* once the rehab is done. It lets you lock in long term financing on the after repair value instead of cashing out equity you might want to keep in the deal.

A lot of investors default to selling because that was the original plan, but if the numbers pencil out better as a hold, this is worth running before you list it.

Anyone here flipped their original plan mid deal and held instead of selling? Curious what made you switch.

*Rates, LTV, and program terms are subject to change and vary based on borrower credit profile, property type, and market conditions. Not all applicants or properties will qualify. This is not a commitment to lend.
