Water Leak Prevention for Rental Properties

Hi everyone,

I work with YoSmart/YoLink. We make water leak sensors and shutoff devices for homes and rental properties.

For landlords here, where do leaks usually cause the most trouble: water heaters, toilets, laundry rooms, under sinks, or vacant units?

I’m also curious whether automatic shutoff feels useful in a rental, or like one more thing to manage.
