Seeking a GC for a property we are purchasing that is in need of a full gut/ heavy rehab. Must be Class A, permits will be required. 
Needed to walk through property and get bids for work ASAP. We are putting in offer for property but need an idea of repairs first.

I echo this 100%. If you don't have a concise SOW, Bids will be all over the place since all the GCs will have different items in their head. Plus what meets code is rather specific and narrows the estimates.
