AI-assisted entry — Describe what you did in plain language ("spent the morning at Rome Street fixing the garbage disposal and meeting with a contractor") and it categorizes and logs it for you. No more guessing which bucket "drove to Home Depot" goes in.
Spreadsheet import — Already tracking hours in Excel/Google Sheets? Upload your existing log and it'll parse and import your history instead of making you start from zero.
CPA-ready year-end report — Generates a clean summary breaking down total hours, hours per property, and category breakdowns — formatted so your CPA can actually use it for material participation and REPS qualification documentation, instead of squinting at a messy spreadsheet.
Built by an investor for investors — we needed this ourselves managing multiple properties and didn't want to pay for clunky enterprise time-tracking software that wasn't built for real estate.
