Seeking Equity Partner for Oregon Multifamily Property
I’m looking for a reputable real estate investor or partner interested in purchasing a multifamily property in Oregon, preferably a duplex, triplex, fourplex, or possibly something larger.
My plan is to live in one unit, help manage and maintain the property, and use the rental income from the other units toward the mortgage and operating expenses.
I’m looking for someone who may be willing to provide some or all of the purchase capital in exchange for an agreed return, ownership percentage, or share of the equity. I’m interested in a legitimate long-term partnership, not a short-term hard-money loan.
