El Paso / Las Cruces wholesalers and investors — let's actually link up

I'll keep it simple. I'm a wholesaler working El Paso and Las Cruces, grinding toward deals, and I've been doing this mostly solo. Cold calling, driving for dollars, learning as I go.

Here's the thing — I don't see other local investors as competition. There are way more distressed properties out here than any one of us can handle. I'd rather have a few people I can trade notes with, JV on deals that don't fit my box, and just talk shop with people who actually get it.

So if you're out here doing the work — wholesaling, flipping, buying and holding, whatever — let's grab coffee. No pitch, no agenda. Just two people building the same thing in the same market who could probably help each other more than we'd ever hurt each other.
