Any references for a good lawyer for state inspection notice
Hi,
I have a two family property in Jersey City in the Heights. My neighbor has a similar property. Both of us had identical notices of inspection posted by the state (Department of Community Affairs, DCA). There is no registration number on the notice because our property is not a 3+ unit so it was never registered with DCA.
Has anyone else received similar notices recently? I am trying to figure out if this is a general sweep or something specific to our properties.
Also, I will appreciate any references to any lawyers who might be helpful in sending a letter to DCA getting more details regarding the inspection given that the property is a two family house.
