Hey Everyone!

Does anyone have solid recommendations for property management teams that operate in Dayton, Ohio? My current manager is retiring and I am looking to pick up a new one for Mid Term rentals preferrably but long term options would be fine as well. I know a couple that would be best to steer clear of but I was hoping some newer companies have come about that can offer some local experience.
