How Effective Are BiggerPockets Classified Ads?

For those of you who’ve posted an ad in the BiggerPockets Classifieds, I’d be interested in hearing about your experience.

What kind of ad did you post, and how would you rate the response?

Did it generate serious inquiries, mostly tire-kickers, or very little activity at all?

I’m also curious whether the results varied depending on what you were advertising—property for sale, financing, partnerships, services, employment, or something else.

And for anyone who’s had good results, was there anything specific about the headline, wording, pricing, location, or offer that you believe made the ad work?

I’m not looking for anyone to share private numbers or details. I’m simply trying to get a realistic sense of how well the Classifieds perform for the people who actually use them.
