Has anyone built multiple STR cabins on one lot?
I've just wrapped up my second modern A Frame. The first one was flipped for $200,000 profit and a 54% occupancy rate. The second just launched and already has 100% occupancy for July, 90% for August and the other months are filling up. I'm exploring a small luxury cabin development in Blue Ridge, GA now instead of building one-offs. The concept is to purchase a larger parcel, subdivide it, and build several high-end STR cabins over multiple phases. I'm interested in connecting with investors who have experience structuring partnerships for projects like this. I'd love feedback on the concept and financing approach.
