Attorney Recommendations in Ohio?

I'm looking for an attorney rec who can work in Ohio. I've got a first-lien note and need creditor-side counsel to handle a deed-in-lieu or short sale.

I'm a one-off small note owner, not a volume shop, so I need someone who's glad to take a single file. Anyone have someone they've actually used and liked? Flat-fee folks a plus. TIA!
