DSCR Second Lien For Multi-Unit

Hi all,

I'm having a difficult time finding a lender that will go over 75% CLTV on a DSCR second for a three unit in CA. It ratios great, about 1.3% at the moment, but my borrower wants more cash out than what 75% will give. I've spoken to some private money lenders that will go higher than 75% CLTV on a DSCR cash out, but haven't had any luck finding a lender with a second lien that will go over the 75% mark.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
