Why Our Clients Are Different
Our clients don’t simply tell us, “I want to buy a house.”
They enter our Homeownership Program, where we help them understand the steps involved in becoming a homeowner, including their financial position, homeownership goals, preparation needs, and the services they may need along the way.
By the time a client is referred to a participating real estate professional, the goal is for the agent to be working with a consumer who is better informed, more organized, and further along in the homeownership process.
We also work with clients who may not be ready to purchase immediately but need assistance finding a rental while they prepare for their eventual home purchase.
