➡️ Floating homes, boats with residential interiors, and other marine-based housing options are not considered real property and cannot be properties securing DSCR Loans. Houseboats are ineligible because, of course, the borrower could simply “float away” with the collateral in case the lender needed to exercise foreclosure rights.
