Looking for Cash Buyers

My name is Benedict Joanis, I am a fairly new RE investor operating in the Tri-State area (NY, NY & CT). My partner and I started marketing for properties in the northern New Jersey area (Bergen, Essex & Hudson counties) and we have had some success getting motivated sellers. Our goals (like maybe most people) are to wholesale to build capital to eventually buy-n-hold for cash-flow.
